My own education, from studying in Moscow and Osaka to internships in Lyon and Lausanne and an Italian-French master's at the University of Bologna, took real work. I know from experience how rough that road is. So my goal is to walk it with you, avoiding the mistakes and getting past the obstacles.

All of them. Our students have been admitted from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Israel, and some applied to Italy while already living in the EU. Citizenship changes which documents you need and how the visa works, not whether you can be admitted.
Italy is what we know best, and nearly all of our practice is there. We have also placed students in Austria, France and the Netherlands, but those we handle case by case.
Yes. Italy has a great many English-taught programmes, at bachelor's and master's level alike. You do not need Italian to apply to them.
Italian-taught programmes usually ask for a certified B2. English-taught ones do not require it to apply, but you will want it once you arrive: the residence permit, the bank, the tenancy agreement and the doctor are all conducted in Italian.
There are certificates European universities accept that can be sat from home, with no travelling anywhere for them. Preparation materials and a mock exam with feedback are included in every plan, and which certificate suits your programme is something we settle on the consultation.
Italy expects twelve years of schooling, and a certificate covering eleven falls a year short. That year is made up either at a university or college at home, or with a Foundation programme.
About a year before the course begins. The year does not go on the application itself but on what comes before it: the language exam, legalising documents, and scholarship deadlines.
At state universities the fee is calculated from household income: on a confirmed low income it can be nominal or nothing at all. Private universities work differently. The exact figures depend on the university, the city and your situation.
